Travel & Lodging
We encourage out of town guests to book their travel and lodging early. We recommend that guests book their lodging according to their lodging requirements and budget. Hotels a little further from city center are a little less expensive and Airbnb is a great option for short trips. The Silver Cloud and the Marriott Residence Inn are reasonably close to the banquet venue if guests want to be centrally located. Visit our map page to see where the banquet venue is along with the two close hotels.

This is a flexible lodging option for short trips. You can go in with friends to rent a large place or opt for a more budget friendly room. Unique to Seattle there are lodging options on house boats, local neighborhoods and high rises.
Travel
It takes about 25 minutes to drive from SEATAC International Airport to Seattle. The airport is about 15 miles south of Seattle downtown. Besides rental cars, visitors may also consider using the Sound Transit's Link Light Rail to head into Seattle from the airport. Depending on time of day, the Link Light Rail leaves every 6 or 10 minutes. Uber and Lyft driving service can be used to complete the final leg to a lodging destination. Uber and Lyft can also be used for remainder of the trip to get around.
