InspirASIAN (formerly 4A, PACE, ACCA and APCA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Employee Resource Group (ERG) led by AT&T employees to foster diversity appreciation and inclusion in the workplace and community. We have over 8800 members in 14 regional chapters. We run a merit based scholarship program open to students of all backgrounds that focuses on advancing a diverse generation of future leaders. In 2017, we awarded $141,000 in scholarships to 105 college bound students. We raise most of this money from our annual National Awards & Fundraising Banquet.
